Pastor Wayne Fox brings a unique blend of ministry passion and financial expertise to his role as Administrative Pastor at Fairfield Church of God. With decades of experience in both Christian ministry and the finance industry, he faithfully oversees the church’s business operations, finances, facilities, and administrative staff.

A seasoned Bible teacher and preacher, Pastor Wayne focuses his teaching on the life-changing grace of God and how it impacts every area of human life. Having served in various areas of ministry throughout his life, he also has extensive experience in financial counseling, bookkeeping systems, and nonprofit loan preparation—equipping him to strengthen the church both spiritually and structurally. His passion for financial literacy, debt-free living, and responsible giving continues to empower individuals and families to live in freedom and generosity.

Wayne is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who brings wisdom, stability, and pastoral care to our leadership team.

Pastor Betty Fox is a faithful leader with a strong heart for ministering to women. With years of experience in women’s ministry, she now leads the women of Fairfield Church of God through regular Bible studies, discipleship, and gatherings designed to encourage, equip, and unite women in every season of life. Her passion is to see women grow in their identity in Christ and support one another as they live out their callings.

Together, Pastors Wayne and Betty Fox serve with humility, excellence, and a deep love for God’s people—strengthening the church behind the scenes and in the hearts of those they lead.
