Beyond pastoral ministry, Patrick has also served as a hospice chaplain, special education teacher, and administrator for an addiction recovery ministry—reflecting his deep commitment to serving people in every walk of life. He brings a shepherd’s heart and a vision for leading the local church to have both community and global impact.

Patrick and Melissa were married in 2009, joyfully blending their family of six children into a modern-day “Brady Bunch.”

Pastor Melissa Owens is no stranger to ministry. For nearly 30 years, she faithfully served at Princeton Pike Church of God, where she ministered through worship, jail and prison outreach, and compassionate service to the hurting and needy throughout Hamilton, Ohio. A beloved soloist and anointed worship leader, Melissa has appeared on TBN and continues to be a cherished voice of encouragement in the region.

Recently credentialed as a minister in the Church of God, Melissa carries a strong passion for worship that draws others into the inner courts of God's presence. She also has a heart for women’s ministry—creating spaces where women can uplift one another, grow spiritually, and be refreshed for ministry within their homes, churches, and communities.

Together, Pastors Patrick and Melissa Owens lead Fairfield Church of God with a deep love for people, a passion for the Gospel, and a desire to see lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Their heart is to shepherd a church that gathers in unity, grows in faith, gives in love, and goes with purpose.
